These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ferave.store and any purchase you make from Ferave. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Please read them carefully.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Orders can be delivered to addresses in the United States only.

4. Products and cosmetic use

Ferave products are cosmetic argan serums for external use. Ferave products are cosmetics for external use only. Patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use, avoid contact with eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have sensitive skin, a skin condition, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare professional before use. Always read the label and directions supplied with your product.

Product images on this website may show packaging concepts; colours and packaging can vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Full ingredient lists and sizes are printed on each product label and will be listed on each product page.

5. Prices and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Standard shipping within the United States is free. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Products are offered while stocks last. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, and we will let you know.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your bag at the prices shown. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we will refund any amount charged. If checkout is temporarily unavailable, no order is created and no payment is taken.

7. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. Your payment method is charged the order total shown at checkout, including any applicable sales tax, when your order is placed. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

8. Shipping, title and risk

We ship within 1–3 business days, with US delivery in 3–5 business days after dispatch, as described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the shipping address.

9. Returns and refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to BERRYRAYJAY LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Card and wallet logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided for general information. We work to keep product information accurate, but we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, products are provided without warranties other than those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BERRYRAYJAY LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
